Service Description

Yoga Magic with Clare Elizabeth is an educational program that combines the goodness of yoga with the liveliness of zumbini. Activities promote cognitive and social development. Kids learn to move their bodies through gross and fine motor muscle skills. This program also focuses on the bonding experience between children and their caregivers. This class features story time, breathing techniques, age-appropriate poses, singing, dancing & FUN!!! January 13th 10:45 - 11:30am
